32 floor, multi-family building on a thoroughfare with 3 levels of parking, adjacent to a park in the rear.
Design Brief – design the main lobby, mail room, storage rooms, tenant meeting room, elevator vestibule and typical floors. The residents are professional couples and young families.
Concept - The design delivers a clean, modern, and durable environment tailored to professional couples and young families, unifying the lobby, amenity spaces, and typical floors under a cohesive vision. Anchored by a signature botanical green wall, the concept introduces a strong identity and a sense of calm upon arrival. The interiors reinforce the building’s clean-lined architecture through precise claddings and a restrained, high-quality material palette.
The volume of the space is emphasized through a continuous field of 5-inch vertical slats along the eastern wall, leading into the elevator vestibule. Integrated LED backlighting behind each slat enhances depth and rhythm—subtle during the day and more dramatic at night—creating a dynamic and memorable transition.
The material palette is intentionally earthy and grounded, incorporating granite, slate, black pebbles, and white stone. These elements provide a rich interplay of texture and tone, balancing durability with modern sensibility.
