Residential Building N.Y.C – Conversion The Children’s playroom on the lower-level amenity floor.
Design Brief
Create a space that is fun and has activities for all ages.
Concept
An activity path from one side of the room to the other with items such as a raised ramp, bleachers, climbing ropes, a slide and play space under the podium. The room also has a soccer field, an eraser wall and reading nooks. The activity wall is broken up into house-like structures with colorful padded walls.
