Scope of Work - 1,500 sq ft

Design Brief – Interior renovation of two floors in an assisted living home, comprising an open kitchen, living/dining space, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a porch.

Concept - Concept – The design reimagines the home to support evolving care needs, prioritizing flexibility, comfort, and efficiency. By adding a second-floor en suite, the layout accommodates future in-house assistance while maximizing usable space.

A full material and interior upgrade—including marble flooring, refined bathroom finishes, a new kitchen, custom storage solutions, and layered lighting—creates a cohesive and elevated residential environment.
